Setup Instructions
1. Fix the GA4 Measurement ID (REQUIRED)
- Go to analytics.google.com → Admin → Data Streams
- Click your web stream → copy the Measurement ID (format:
G-XXXXXXXXXX) - In this builder: Settings → Secrets → update
GA_MEASUREMENT_ID - Republish the site
2. Verify consent is working
Open the live site in a private/incognito window. The cookie banner should appear. Click Accept. Events should start flowing to GA4 within 30 seconds.
3. Test referral tracking
Visit a private referral link https://alpineinnova.com/r/<token> — a referral_visit event should appear in the log above and in GA4 → Events.
